Sometimes, all you want for your friends & family is to enjoy your day without having to take on the role of MC…

And that’s where I come in!

From celebrant to MC, mixing the coordination of your day post-ceremony with the hosting of your reception, I’ll make sure that from the moment you walk back down the aisle as newlyweds, your celebration is everything you imagine…

So all you have to do is…

What does having me as your MC include?

• I’ll send you an MC information booklet, filled with a whole bunch of things for you to think about so that when it comes to planning your reception, you’ve already got all of the information to make those important decisions!

• I’ll send you a questionnaire about your reception so that together, we can create a reception that is perfect for you two.

• I’ll create a run sheet for your day, including liaising with your vendors to ensure that they are all on the same page, have appropriate contact details & know the plan for the day.

• At your rehearsal, we’ll run through a plan for your reception, so that you (and anyone else involved in your reception) feel comfortable and confident (and happy!) with what will happen on the day.

• I’ll be on-site from the end of your ceremony (obviously I’ll be there before too, but with my celebrant hat on… figuratively, not literally!) until approximately 08.30-09.00 p.m. (depending on the end timing of your formalities).

• And of course, during that time, I’ll be MC’ing your day, including the management of any photos (group, family, and any smaller ones you’d like to be taken), ensuring all of your guests are happy (especially parents!), ensuring any details are taking care of (such as lighting candles), moving your guests to your reception, hosting your ceremony (welcoming everyone, introducing speakers, sharing stories, any games you’d like) and ensuring your whole day is running completely smoothly!

• Any & all personal touches to your reception, plus as many changes to your reception as you two would like, right up to your wedding day.

• Unlimited email & phone communication, as well as unlimited recommendations, tips & advice (of course!).

• Use of my PA system & microphone during your reception, if needed/wanted.

• More than anything, an MC who will go out of her way to make sure your reception is completely you two and that you both love that moment of your day!

And what about the cost?

Your investment for having me as your MC is $900.00.

This reflects the time and energy that I pour into creating your completely bespoke reception, making sure that I fit with the aesthetic for your wedding, creating helpful resources, the availability of my PA system for use, the experience and the skills to ensure your reception is perfect for you two on the day, being there throughout your day and a whole lot more.
